Disability Benefit Guide USA
Privacy Policy
On This Page
Updated October 20, 2026. This notice explains information practices on DisabilityBenefitGuideUSA.com, an independent information and advertising website. We are not the Social Security Administration or another government agency.
Information You Choose to Provide
The information-request form on our main website asks for your first and last name, email address and phone number. New information requests are stored in SecureFormPro, our private request-management service, together with the consent shown on the form, request time, originating page and limited campaign attribution. Read the contact-consent statement before submitting. This connection does not automatically forward a request to an attorney or send a marketing message. Earlier mailing-list records are not moved by this change.
Application-help links open an intake experience at apply.disabilitybenefitguideusa.com. That experience may ask for additional contact details and information relevant to disability assistance. Review the terms and consent displayed there. A request for private assistance is not an official Social Security application.
For guide-email signups, your email, signup request and the consent you select are first recorded in SecureFormPro. You then continue to WordPress.com to complete the subscription. WordPress.com handles subscription confirmation, email delivery and unsubscribe settings. A recorded signup request alone does not confirm an active subscription and does not authorize attorney contact. If you email us, your message and the contact details you provide are used to address your inquiry.
Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers or other sensitive documents through a general website inquiry or content-correction email.
Optional Website Chat
Our chat uses SecureFormPro and an AI assistant to help you find general disability-benefit information. It does not file a Social Security application, access your claim or provide legal or medical advice. You can read the website without using chat.
Before chatting, we ask for your name and email address; a phone number is optional. You must separately agree to storing your contact request and contacting you about it, and to storing the conversation and using AI to answer your questions. These choices are not preselected. Chat opens only after your details and consent have been saved successfully. This does not authorize marketing calls or texts, forward your request to an attorney or create a professional relationship. A response from the website team is not guaranteed.
SecureFormPro records your contact details, the consent wording you accepted and when you accepted it. Later chat messages, guided answers and team replies are saved with the conversation; they do not replace your original contact request or consent. The contact-request record is kept separately from chat messages and is not automatically deleted when the chat expires.
Loading the chat software can send ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to SecureFormPro’s hosting systems. A temporary access key in your browser’s session storage lets that browser tab return to the conversation. Closing the chat window or clearing browser storage does not itself delete server records. Chat consent is separate from your cookie preferences and other website forms.
For an AI answer, the service filters your current question for identifying information, then sends the filtered question and selected public reference information through OpenRouter to an OpenAI model. Contact-request fields and private staff notes are not included in that model request. Filtering can miss personal information: do not enter Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account information or private case details. The service requests provider settings that prohibit training on the request and require zero data retention for model processing. Those settings do not delete the conversation stored in SecureFormPro.
Chat messages and answers are encrypted in the chat service’s storage. The standard retention period is 30 days, followed by scheduled deletion from active chat storage. Backup copies expire separately after 14 days. Contact-request records follow the separate retention practices described below. Contact us using the details below with questions about access, correction or deletion.
Workers’ Compensation, Medicare and VA Requests
The separate program information forms ask for your full name, email address, optional phone number, state, current stage, help topic and whether you receive SSDI or SSI. These forms use program-specific SecureFormPro records. They also record the consent you select, submission time, originating page and limited campaign attribution. Please do not enter identifying numbers, medical records, service records or detailed case documents.
These requests are stored for internal review. They are not automatically forwarded to an attorney, insurance broker, veterans representative or another outside recipient, and they do not trigger marketing calls or texts. A receipt confirms that the request was saved; it does not guarantee a reply, representation, eligibility, coverage or payment. Sending a request does not file an agency application, enroll you in Medicare, appoint a VA representative or preserve a filing or enrollment deadline.
When you use a workers’ compensation, Medicare or VA specialist chat, it uses that program’s own public reference material and conversation record. The chat process and separate permissions described above also apply to these profiles. Your contact request is saved before chatting; later messages and guided answers are stored with that program’s conversation. Moving to another program does not transfer your conversation or consent to its chat profile.
A temporary essential session helps validate these forms and prevent duplicate requests. The website keeps only a request signature, time, limited attribution and confirmation identifiers for retry handling; contact details are stored in SecureFormPro. Those contact records follow the separate retention and deletion practices described in this notice.
Technical Information and Essential Storage
Website hosting and security systems can receive technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. These systems support page delivery, security and troubleshooting.
The main website stores your privacy choice in your browser for up to 180 days. This record contains your analytics and marketing choices and the time of the choice. It does not contain the name, phone number or email entered in a contact form. Clearing browser storage removes that saved choice.
Optional Analytics and Marketing
The main website separates optional analytics from optional marketing. These tools are not activated by the privacy control until you choose to allow the relevant category. Analytics may measure page use; marketing tools may support advertising measurement, advertising displays and browser notification services.
Configured services include WordPress/Jetpack analytics and advertising or notification tools such as Proof and Aimtell. When activated, third-party services may receive technical identifiers, page information and related browser data under their own privacy practices. These choices do not replace the separate consent requested when you submit contact information.
Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, reject or change optional categories. Withdrawing a category reloads the page to stop its scripts from running on the main website. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent to a provider or erase records a separate provider has retained. Browser notification permissions can also be changed in your browser settings.
When a supported Global Privacy Control signal is detected, this website keeps optional marketing disabled. Choices on this website do not automatically change settings on a linked website, the application-help intake, or a provider’s own service.
Contact Requests and Information Sharing
Information provided in a request for disability assistance may be used by this website, affiliates and participating attorneys to respond about assistance, subject to the consent presented with the request. The site is an advertising service paid for by participating attorneys; it is not an attorney referral service. Providing information does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Hosting, request-management, mailing-list, subscription, advertising and other service providers may process information for the functions described above. SecureFormPro stores request records for internal review; its backups currently retain copies for 14 days. This backup window is not a promise that the underlying request record is deleted after 14 days. Contact us with questions about retention or deletion. The website keeps a restricted delivery receipt containing request identifiers and status; the receipt does not include your name, email, phone number or medical information. A short-lived essential session supports validation and duplicate protection. Linked services have their own information practices. Check the receiving service’s notice before sharing information there.
Your Choices and Questions
You may read the guides without submitting the information-request form. For marketing email, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message. You may also contact us about communication preferences, information access, correction, deletion or retention. The rights and exceptions applicable to a request depend on the relevant law and circumstances.
No website transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including sensitive claim documents in a general request. For official benefits matters, use SSA’s contact channels and follow its document-submission instructions.
